1. Our Smart-N water purification system can produce ultra pure water and RO water which flow out through two separate outlets. The flow rate for ultra pure water of 18.2MΩ.cm can reach 2.0L/min and for RO water of 0 to 20μs/cm can achieve 30L/hr.
2. It adopts combined technology of RO, UV photo-oxidation, UV sterilization, deionization and ultra filtration.
3. The water purification system uses 4-channel resistivity sensor for monitoring system operation and water quality variation.
4. The use of the patented pre-treatment cartridge helps effectively extend the lifetime of RO cartridge.
5. The flow restriction design keeps RO membrane surface wet to maximize its lifespan.
6. Smart-N water purification system is integrated with 185nm UV oxidizer and 254nm UV sterilizer.
7. This product comes in several types. UV and VF can meet the requirements for low TOC level of 1-5ppb, and UF and VF can meet the requirements for low endotoxin level of less than 0.001EU/ml.
8. The water purification system utilizes an interactive 8-line LCD display to show water tank level, conductivity, resistivity, temperature and date.
9. Alarms for filter life expiry, abnormal water quality and water pressure are available.
10. Unqualified water is automatically recycled until it meets the requirement.
11. The water purification system contains a 30 liters standard water tank with an internal pump and 5-level float sensor.
12. Pipeline sterilization and applicable software are available.
13. RS232 data port allows sending data to PC or printer.
