ULTRA devices provide ultrapure water that fits the PN-EN ISO 3696:1999 standard for the first purity class and EP. System is fed by an external source of initially purified water that fits the requirements of II or III purity class, according to PN-EN ISO 3696:1999. Cleaning module is a fully automated and unattended system, equipped by default with an automatic diagnostic apparatus.
