Touchclave R/PL range of porous load sterilizers are designed to provide a high specification with a range of useful features included as standard.

Offering the ideal solution for veterinary applications or small healthcare settings where larger instruments are processed, the Touchclave R Porous Load range has a small footprint and is available in 2 sizes both of which are fitted with castors to provide easy manoeuvrability.

Complete with cylindrical chamber and offering superb operational flexibility, Touchclave R/PL autoclaves are capable of reprocessing many applications including instruments, hollow products and porous loads, the R/PL range offers great value and is perfect for mid level processing.

316L Stainless Steel Pressure Vessel
Constructed with a one-piece cylindrical steel pressure vessel, made from high grade 316L stainless steel making this the strongest pressure vessel, providing equal pressure around the whole chamber.

Anti-Bacterial Epoxy Powder Coating
Coated in anti-bacterial epoxy powder coating which is designed to combat destructive microbes and to protect against the growth and migration of bacteria.

8-Program Touchscreen Control System
8 cycles can be stored into the memory as standard, providing a selection of load-specific cycles or giving users the option to develop and edit their own cycle profiles.

Integral Steam Generator
A high performance stainless steel steam generator is fitted under the chamber which delivers steam quickly and effectively to the chamber and load, minimizing re-heat times between negative pulsing and speeding up cycle times.

Pre/Post vacuum system
Provides quicker and more efficient air removal at the start of the cycle, ensuring that steam will penetrate deep into the load and not be affected by trapped air pockets. Can also help speed up the cooling stage, as the vacuum can be used to help dissipate heat from the load.
